Simon joined following his time at a large solicitor costs practice where, after a few years, he was the Head of Business Development where he managed a large team which covered the entirety of England.

Simon demonstrates an unrivalled level of passion in delivering both a technical and quality service to his clients. Simon is particularly focused on maximising profit for Clinical Negligence and Industrial Disease firms. He prides himself on increasing the WIP recovery for firms without them increasing their workload through various tactics.

Simon is an expert in the world of costs management and provides useful round table discussions on Costs Budgeting. He is also an expert in alternative funding methods such as Damage Based Agreements (DBA’s), Discounted CFA’s and Litigation Funding for the Commercial marketplace. Simon also assists clients with the procurement of high-quality affordable cases.

Outside of work, any free time that Simon has is taken up by his young daughter. Prior to her arrival, Simon played football at a high amateur level and was a keen Scuba Diver. Simon has also taken up golf and his clients can regularly see him hacking up golf courses around the country!
