Kayleigh joined TLS in November 2025 as Head of Strategy and Growth. Kayleigh’s role involves ensuring TLS provide the best service possible to our clients, ensuring bespoke services to meet our clients’ individual needs.

Prior to joining TLS, Kayleigh was the Director of a large National Costs Firm responsible for the growth and planning of the team. Kayleigh has worked within the Legal Sector for over 20 years, with a background as a PI Fee Earner and Legal Costs Negotiator. Kayleigh’s experience means she understands the costs process and how we can best ensure clients are supported through the same.
