Joshua Coleman

Costs Negotiator

After completing his law degree, Josh began his career at a global insurance law firm as a member of their costs team.

As a result of having worked on both sides of the table, Josh has the understanding and experience to negotiate the most contentious and complex costs litigation. He is a dynamic thinker who uses a straightforward approach to engage with his opponents. Josh is praised for his knowledge of the CPR and is highly experienced in advising clients on technical points of law, whilst always undertaking a costs/benefits analysis of the issues in hand.

Josh is hard-working, energetic and is always willing to put in the extra time to achieve the best results for his clients.
