Gary Parkes joined Total Legal Solutions in 2025 as a member of the Cost Drafting Team. He works primarily on housing disrepair claims, preparing bills of costs and schedules of costs on behalf of the firm’s solicitor clients.

Gary’s role involves reviewing each file in detail, capturing the work undertaken accurately, and presenting the costs claimed in a clear, properly itemised form that is ready for negotiation or assessment. Housing disrepair matters call for a careful eye and a methodical approach, and Gary’s drafting helps ensure clients are in the strongest position to recover the costs to which they are entitled.

Away from the office, Gary is a keen gamer and a car enthusiast. He regularly attends track days, where he puts his passion for cars to the test on the circuit.
