Costs Lawyer 

Liz began her legal costs career in 1983 and, with approaching four decades in the costs industry, has extensive legal costs experience in all areas of costs.


Liz qualified with the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen (now the Association of Costs Lawyers) in 1992 and gained Costs Lawyer status in 2011. 


Liz has a broad experience in the legal costs sector having previously worked for a leading regional law firm and large nationwide costs practices where she dealt with a broad caseload to include commercial and civil litigation, personal injury, clinical negligence and Court of Protection. 


Liz also has experience of managing her own costs team and has supported and mentored many fee earners over the years with training and development.


She joined us in 2022 and now focuses mainly on high value personal injury and clinical negligence cases. She is meticulous in her approach and her extensive knowledge allows her to provide clear and practical advice on costs issues.


Outside of work Liz enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking (and eating) and has a passion for open water swimming.
