Senior Costs Negotiator

Paul has gained over 28 years practising law in the field of costs and litigation and has developed an in-depth understanding of all aspects of costs, including issue surrounding funding and ATE.


As a result, Paul is highly experienced in drafting Bills of Costs, detailed Points of Dispute and Replies on both contentious and non-contentious cases. Due to his excellent negotiating skills, he is able to settle cases without the need of incurring the additional costs of having to proceed to Court. He is an experienced and confident litigator and is regularly instructed to represent clients in both the County and Supreme Court Costs Office on a multitude of different case types and values.


Outside of work, Paul enjoys cooking, travelling and supports Tottenham Hotspur. He can be found indulging in a good book and with the rest of his spare time spent learning Portuguese.
