Michelle has worked in the costs arena since 2010 and has previously dealt with cases “cradle to the grave”.  Michelle is experienced in preparing Bills of Costs to include the new style Precedent S.


Michelle is a qualified Chartered Legal Executive, having qualified in January 2020.  She has a broad range of experience in dealing with various cases to include personal injury, clinical negligence, RTA’s, housing subsidence/disrepair, escape of fire and water claims, EL, PL, travel and industrial disease. 


Also having experience in dealing with Costs Budgeting and the Costs Budgeting process, to include preparation of the Budget and Precedent R’s and Joint Budget reports/discussions.


In addition to this, Michelle has prepared schedules of costs and N260’s.  Having also made relevant applications for interim payments and requests for Default Costs Certificates.  Preparing Part 8 proceedings and commenced Assessment proceedings along with providing advice in order to achieve the maximum costs recovery for clients.


In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, eating out, going to the gym and socialising with friends.
